Nice to see you have found your way over here! I have kept an eye on your 240 web page since the beginning, and have often directed people to your great site. Your visit here is a good opportunity for asking if you have any idea re. postage to Norway for the performance parts you're selling(/producing?). It is particularly the sway bar end links (and the sump guard) I have in mind, and I am sure that others will be interested in the Group A rear spoiler replica.

Oops, I'm sorry I keep forgetting that this is a Norwegian based forum - I guess its probably like calling Australians New Zealanders! :)

 

I found a link to bilforumet on the turbobricks forum, I wanted to check it out and hopefully learn some more about what everyone on the other side of the world is up to.

 

Details on the car are:

1990 240.

Originally was an automatic, but converted to M47 on the day after I bought it in 2001.

 

MODEL:

H grind cam (242GT)

Modified 530 head (soon to be replaced with modified 405 - 531 head is very hard to get in Australia)

M47 5 speed manual transmission

Hurricane Extractors & 2.25" exhaust system

Adjustable timing gear

8.8mm spark plug leads

Davies-Craig thermo fan

 

SUSPENSION/BRAKES:

Custom made front and rear springs

Koni Sport adj. front shocks. 8641-1245SPORT

Koni Sport adj. rear shocks. K26-1129SPORT

DVS Strut tower brace

DVS Lower chassis braces

DVS Adjustable swaybar end links

DVS torque rods with urethane bushes

DVS Adjustable panhard bar

I think thats all at the moment, but we're always working on it. We use the car for club level motorsport and compete in track days, hillclimbs and motorkhanas.

We fabricate the majority of what we sell ourselves. Strut braces, endlinks, sumpguards are all produced in house. We're always trying to work on new things, but as theres only two of us, it has been hard to work on many new products recently as demand for our current products has been very high lately, but will have some new items available in early 2006 including a strut brace from Volvo 360 as well as some new 850 and P1 car components.
