Jeg hadde samme problem, og har byttet ERG (mye jobb) kostet vel 2500 fra autoparts +toll. Men var nødt for å få kjørt regenerering av partikkel filer også før feilen ble rettet.
Nå er det bare en temperatursensor så slår ut fra tid til annen.

This is my first post so feel free to move it to the correct thread.
So the issue at hand is that the AC clutch will not engage, all the fans a blowing when running the test on the Auto HVAC module
I have changed the solenoid valve on the compressor, and filled with coolant and leak stop.

On the first run of VCDS there are some Intermittent error codes.

I have cleared the codes, and when I run the car and turn on the AC and at the same time check the values on the pressure, fan speed and it all looks good except for "Fresh Air Intake Temperature" there are no reading on that value, so could this be my issue?
I have read somewhere that all this sensor are in serial, so they all need to deliver value within scope or the AC will not start..

Hope you have some insight into this, my local car dealer has given up on the case, and with a 4-6 weeks waiting line on VW dealer I would like to resolve this before the summer set in.
