  1. Now I have only wheel-dynometer alternative i will ,,rent'' dyno from tuning company what will be cooperate with me. For trucks...this kind of the cars need only good diagnostic because is not important how many power and torque will be more that we don't test trucks on the dyno meter - in this area only fuel consumption is important - truck owner's are happy when cars use 4-6l fuel less than on original software.   7. You have the same manifold what is with 130hp turbo engine You nead only this reduction - I wrote link up - kost about 150NOK - nothin more!! But if You wont to change some it will be better if will change IC for FMIC - kost about 4-5oooNOK for kit(IC,pipe's, conections - ALL stainless steel) but if You do this yourself it will by much less price - 2-3oooNOK Stainless steel exhaust all with 1or2 exhaust silencer is about 6000NOK normal stal is about 2-3oooNOK or less I see that You are from Trondheim - You can visit me and I check your manifold
  8. p.s I have spoken with my frend For this moment Hi don't have turbo 110KM but have 130KM Hi get about 2-3new turbo per month and on november hi still dont't get any turbo..
  9. You don't have to change soft but will be better becouse GT1749VA have a little bit different performance(work) characteristic. You can also bay chip in Poland :-)

I suggest to change for turbo GT1749VA - from 130hp wersion - will stend more time than GT1749V ...but...You have to will bay also pipe reducion(exit from turbo to IC pipe like here: http://www.allegro.pl/item473355140_przejsciowka_redukcja_turbo_awx_asz_afn.html) + chip for 140km/310Nm - realy safty soft for engine and for biger turbo(if You make same program with 110hp turbo will be les Nm and turbo will dead quickly) If You don't make chip 130hp turbo will work more time - price is the same...and I can bay new one for about 3500NOK regards

  14. We have somethink like ebay but more save than ebay. You have to registration in web side but you need adress in Poland or Czech Republic... My frend work in skoda service in Gliwice Is possible that Hi sell Me new turbo with rabat. You have to write what kind turbo You need and I ask about that. Yes But it was't brand new it was from after crash car...after 7oookm Brend new kost abaut 3500-4000NOK - orginal garett Injections 216 is org. injections from AGR(90hp etc.)+ biger injection sprayer - you pay for sprayer&made 230 is org.injecion from ASV(110hp)+ biger injection sprayer(1000NOK more than 216) 260 is org.injecion from ASV(110hp)+ biger SPORT injection sprayer(about 2000-2500NOK more than 216)
  16. This is old car 98' sedan version. I have bay skoda because it was cheap car and I did't have many for some better car, orginal 90hp was raely to small for(I drive many mils per year - more in German speedway). 160hp/340NM & 8,5s-100km/h is OK for civil car. After winer I will bay new car - maybe octavia RS TDI but I also think abaut A4 1.9tdi/bmw320 abaut 2002-2004 We will see I have make this project with my frend - mechanical thinks We make bout but I no nothink abaut chip - Hi make alone Kost: Big injections - 2200NOK(216cc) Big turbo+exhaust manifold - 2500NOK IC(renault scenic cdi) - 600NOK pipes+pipe connection - 600NOK chip's - 2000NOK(normal is abaut 4000NOK for 1) This is old TDI normal pompdiesel no PD But in PL We have many kit's for TDI if somebody need help - only write and I try to help

    330 chip?

    I don't understand norwegian but...i think that all peoples don't like this operation.... I think that is reali good idea... engine 3.0 is one of the best diesel...after chip for sure nothing will hepend If You have 184hp engine after chip(NEVER USE BOX!!!) wil be abaut 220hp but this is realy light program...more Nm's les fuel.. I think that 230hp is OK if You have 204kp engine after chip will be abaut 240hp ..... is possible make 300hp....but You have to change fiew things...for beegining - IC after new biger all exhaust... This is my small project. beginning new injection's(from ASV engine) 1st chip: was ok and we instal next program 2week's after biger injection's 216cc + turbo&exhaust manifold from AWX+chip To The End FMIC+chip For winter time We have change program 330Nm i 155KM (more or less) All project home made project - it was abaut 06.2008 now after 85oookm every think is still OK p.s sorry for my english;-)
